Well-being can be described as how people feel and how they function; on a personal, social and working level, and how they evaluate their lives as a whole. Most people spend the majority of their waking life at their place of work so the impact an organisation can have on an individual’s well-being should never be underestimated. The number of mental health issues now being experienced due to work has increased dramatically and a sense of urgency to address the issue is transcending at senior level.

To complement the mapping of engagement and well-being, Gravitas Analytics has developed psychometrically balanced survey questionnaires that accurately measure opinion across key areas. Completed either online or on paper, they use a 7-point Likert scale to sensitively capture a wide range of responses. Survey questions are carefully engineered to avoid typical survey pitfalls such as bias, ambiguity and priming.

All too often in the marketplace employee satisfaction surveys are packaged and labelled as engagement or well-being surveys without any consideration to the structure of the survey. Gravitas Analytics has a much more focussed approach so you can rest assured that questionnaires, whether full assessments or pulse surveys, actually target and comprehensively map what they claim to measure. This is known as ‘construct validity’ and is critical to the viability of any research.

Factors

Annual Surveys: You will receive a suite of enriched graphical reports for each organisational area with various levels of detail, offering flexibility to your management teams when disseminating results. The reports are highly visual, eye-catching and engaging, with explanatory notes where appropriate. There is a full narrative for each item to ensure that your teams are clear on the definitions and importance of what is being measured. Each report suite contains:
