Dear Colleague,

Before we finalise our plans and share more details on what the 'new normal' will look like we want to get your views.

We would like to ask you to take a few moments of your time to give your honest feedback on what it's been like working differently in Gateley during the recent Coronavirus pandemic.

We have asked Gravitas Analytics, an independent research specialist, to carry out the survey on our behalf. They guarantee confidentiality during employee research and will not be identifying the views of any individuals.

Please take your time to answer the questions carefully and honestly as your opinion is important to us. We want to understand how you have felt working during the recent pandemic and how you feel Gateley has responded and supported you. By carrying out this survey we will be able to understand what went well and take your views into account in shaping our ‘new normal’.

The deadline to complete the survey is close of business on Monday 13 July 2020.
