Welcome to the annual HCL Employee Survey. We would like to ask you to take 15 minutes of your time to give your honest feedback on what it's like to work at HCL by answering the questions in this survey. We have asked Gravitas Analytics, an independent research specialist, to carry out the survey on our behalf. The survey is totally confidential and they will not be identifying the views of any individuals.

By carrying out this survey we will be able to identify areas for improvement and take steps to further improve your place of work. Openness and honesty are vital as your opinion, both positive and negative, is important to us. Last year you told us that you wanted more visibility from senior leaders on business performance so I have ensured you have regular updates on performance and the issues our business faces. You asked for more opportunities to share ideas with management and we have conducted a number of employee forums through the year including our ‘Tea and Talk’ initiative. We recognised feedback around cross-functional working and support, so we have project plans in place to connect our kitchens and develop technological solutions to communicate more effectively with greater accountability for functional leaders. Our survey genuinely influences our strategic plan and drives us to be a better employer.
