Free Prize Draw

General Conditions & Privacy

General

This prize draw is managed and administered by Gravitas Analytics on behalf of Samworth Brothers Group IT. The prize draw will conform to the MRS Regulations for Administering Incentives and Free Prize Draws 2015 and will respect the common law principles of transparency, equity and fairness.

Conditions

  • You should submit your details to enter the prize draw after taking part in the People Survey.

  • The latest time to submit your details will be 01:00 on 07 Oct 23. Entries, or attempted entries, after this time will not be entered into the draw.

  • Samworth Brothers will be providing, administering and issuing the prizes after the draw.

  • The prizes will be as follows:

    • 1 x iPad

    • 1 x Large hamper from Ye Olde Pork Pie Shoppe

    • 1 x Small hamper from Ye Olde Pork Pie Shoppe

  • None of the above prizes can be substituted with a cash alternative.

  • The draw will take place during the week immediately after the survey closes on 06 Oct 23.

  • Prize winners will be selected arbitrarily through a computer process that produces verifiably random results.

  • If you are a prize winner you will be made aware that you have won a prize.

  • The prizes will be issued 2-3 days after the draw, but no later than 2 weeks after the draw has taken place.

  • There will be no conditions attached (eg. completion of tasks, passing quality control checks etc.) to qualify your entry into the draw or being selected as a prize winner.

Privacy

  • The responses you gave in your survey are not in any way connected to your name or your email address when you register to enter the prize draw.

  • The data you submit to enter the prize draw will only be used to administer the prize draw and nothing else. Your data will not be passed onto any other parties for any other purpose.

  • To facilitate the issuing of prizes to prize winners your details (the data you submit) will be passed over to Samworth Brothers.

  • If you are a prize winner you have the right to remain anonymous and not have your details announced or published as a winner. The declaration check box on the submission form enables you to exercise this right.

Informed Consent

By submitting your details to enter the prize draw you are voluntarily confirming your willingness to take part in the prize draw, having been informed of the aspects that are relevant to your decision to participate (as above).
